Not signed but definitely Murano Italy, the stunning vintage Pedestal Paperweight or sculpture was made of blown glass. It features slices of Millefiori Canes in the top with Filigrana or Latticino and Retortoli (twisted ribbons) surround the round top portion of the pedestal paperweight. The Retortoli ribbons are edged with gold dust. The twisted Latticino are white and the Retortoli are blue, pink, green and golden yellow. The Millefiori are an array of colors. The pedestal base is clear glass. I do not know the maker of the piece except it is Murano. It truly is a showstopper. Well loved and cared for. CONDITION: Excellent and free from chips or cracks. MEASUREMENTS: 6″ high and the base is 4 1/2″ DIAMETER VINTAGE: 1950′s. My current listings are all fresh estate items. Please take a moment to review.
