The design is a complex combination of millefiori canes and delicate lampwork flowers and buds. It is approximately 3 inches across. It has one top facet and nine side facets and the base is a truly lovely amethyst translucent color. The facets perfectly allow visibility of the flowers and magnification of the top facet is perfect. It has its certificate of authenticity signed by Neil Drysdale and the COA identifies this paperweight as number 179 out of an edition that was limited to 250 pieces. It is not clear if the edition was completed. The P1997 identity cane is in the base.
