ETCHED SIGNATURE “O&F, R0466E9″. HAS ORIGINAL LABEL WITH MINOR WEAR. MEASURES 3 3/4″ HIGH AND 3″ WIDE. WEIGHS 1.6 POUNDS. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT ORIENT & FLUME ITEMS SIGNED “O & F” ARE FACTORY SECONDS. THAT BEING SAID, I DON’T FIND ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS ITEM THAT WOULD INDICATE AN INFERIOR QUALITY ITEM.
