This Is A Larger Than Normal 1970s Harland Period Harlequin Glass Paperweight, These Larger Size Weights Are Very Rare And Much Sought After Usual Dimensions Are Around 2.75″ Diameter Whereby This Weight Measures 3.2″ Diameter. Main Design Consists Of Usual Central Control Bubble Which Is Further Surrounded By Another 8 Control Bubbles Around The Perimeter Of The Weight, All This Is Over A Thin Layer Of Translucent Cobalt Blue Ground Which is Completely Covered With Many Crushed And Mostly Complete Complex Millefiori Canes, This Really Is A Very Desirable Item For Any Ysart Collection. As Is Usual On These 1970s Harland Period Weights The Base Has Had Its Pontil Mark Completely Removed By Going Through The Process Of Having Had A Highly Flat Polish Finish.
