Vin tage Steuben Crystal Pineapple. Fabulous piece of fine American mid century crystal. Th is pineapple is Steuben’s item #8147 an d is from the 1960′s. It is made of clear solid crystal with a whi te swirl in the center of the glass. The pineapple is abou t 7″ high and 2 3/4″ wide. It is in excellent condition free from any chips or cracks. Since this is a vintage piece, you will find some barely visible use scratches on the bottom consistent with age. Does not detract from its beauty, just mentioned for accuracy. The crystal is nice and clear. Quite heavy for its size, weighs over 2 lbs. This beautiful piece is signed on the bottom with the Steuben signature. There are many variations in crystal. This includes, but is not limited to, size, weight, air bubbles and variations in color.
