Gorgeous Vintage Joe Zimmerman Yellow Crimp Rose Pedestal Art Glass Paperweight. (Circa Pre 1986) This one is Stamped with a Z on the bottom (see last picture) and is attributed to Joe Zimmerman. I spoke with a relative of Joe and Kerry Zimmerman at thier Glass Factory Store in Indiana and they told me that this Lovely Piece was most likely done by Joe Zimmerman who passed away back in 1986. I count 15 Yellow Petals and 5 Green Leaves in the Motif of this Crimp Rose. These Crimp Roses are very difficult to make and take days for the artist to create unlike most other weight that can be completed in hours. I Consider this Lovely Paperweight to be in Excellent Original Vintage Condition. No Collection can be considered complete without a displaying a few Crimp Roses as center pieces in your fine china cabinet. The flat clear bottom shows light shelf wear. This Paperweight measures 3 1/4″ Diameter by 3 1/2″ Tall and weights almost 2 pounds by itself. Please check the pictures for further description.
