Very cool glass piece, etched on the bottom with signature Abelman and then it looks like: G2328A6167 1994. This glass is heavy and when you hold it up to the light it has a magical opal 3d effect. It is shimmery and glittery, the shimmer and rainbow effect of the opalescent layer of glass is more noticeable on the black of the glass. It is visible when you hold it up to the light. This piece truly transforms into something otherworldly. And, if just for a moment, one can experience how it feels to be etheric, right here in the material plane. There is a beautiful 3 part bright fuschia flower in the middle visually supported by the translucent. This piece also has the whimsical, magical, purposefully placed air bubble. I feel like this air bubble when I look at this art glass- magical, happy, etheric and light! I have sentimental attachment to these pieces (as I’m sure you have noticed). I love them, I have two of them and I don’t know much about the artist but he. Must be some angel with a gift straight from the gods, because this is the most beautifully crafted glass I have ever. If a rainbow in the sky was somehow captured and saved in glass, I think it would look like this. This man is truly an artistic genuis. I have often sat and looked at these pieces and wondered, how did he do that! Do I want to sell this? I’m talking myelf out of it!! I found these at an estate sale and I was so excited!! I’ve had these for quite a while, I truly wish I could keep these but I’m a poor college. Student almost done with my bachelor’s in nursing!! And food seemed like a better option than this gorgeous bauble. I really don’t want to sell these! (I actually did consider- do I really HAVE to eat, lol). Please note that there is two small chips towards the top but it really doesn’t notice or take away from the. Beauty, for me anyway, but I’m not too picky.
