Apple crystal trinket box with lid – there is small internal crack on the edge of the bottom bowl. Crystal is not chipped/dented – the edge is still intact and smooth. See last 3 pictures. 4 inches in diameter, and 4 and 5/8 inches tall. It is etched on the bottom Tiffany & Co. Medium Flat Rate box.
