In late 1997 Perthshire Paperweights Ltd. Formed a “Perthshire Collectors Club”. Each member received a miniature “Club” weight when they joined, and beginning in 1998 Perthshire produced a “Special Collectors Club weight” that was available to “Members Only”. This paperweight is the miniature “New Member” design. A center complex millefiori cane with the letters “PPCC” is encircled by a ring of Blue/White cog canes. Eight Pink and White twisted ribbons radiate outward and a single large complex cane is set between the outer ends of the radials. The design rests on an opaque Teal/Green ground. The weight is 2″ in diameter and 1-1/2″ high and is signed with the “PPCC” cane in the center. No cracks or chips. See Photo’s for Complete Description and Condition.
