This is really such a detailed, delicate open rose with a maturing bud on a green stem with 3 highly detailed green leaves. Ken is really a master of lampwork and this piece is a beautiful example. This is another one of those weights with only his signature cane (here black on white on middle are of the side) and I couldn’t find another to try to guesstimate a made date for you.
