Made in Murano, Italy, and mesmerizingly beautiful, this golden glass egg paperweight was crafted by world renowned master glassmaker, Archimede Seguso circa 1960′s-70′s. The central black glass is surrounded by a swirl of exquisitely crafted gold bulliconte (controlled bubbles) and tiny flecks of gold. One can only wonder how the bubbles were formed so perfectly. It is in excellent pre owned condition. No issues; no wear or damage. Hand signed by the artist on polished base (pontil), “Archimede Seguso Murano”.
