It was manufactured by Perthshire Paperweights of Crieff, Scotland and dated 1989. The weight is clear with a concentric design of multi colored millefiori canes. It changes in the center to a square pattern with a twisted cane border. The colored canes sit on a translucent green cushion. I believe t was issued in a limited edition but do not know how many were made. The underside has a white date cane for 1989 and the letter’P’. It comes in excellent condition with no chips, scratches or cracks. It does not come with its original certificate but does have its original box. It measures 2-1/4″ tall x 3″ in dia. N ideal Christmas Gift!! This service is reliable but does not come with tracking. Tracking is available upon request but at a much higher rate (ask for details).
