I have for sale a gorgeous Drew Ebelhare millefiori paperweight. A beautiful combination of pink, yellow, green, blue and white is displayed brilliantly with Drew’s unique flower shaped canes on a deep burgundy ground. I bought this directly from Drew earlier this year and it has been wrapped in a box since, never even displayed. On the bottom it is signed “Ebelhare 4-15″, it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, scratches, etc. And measures 2 5/8″ diameter x 1 7/8″ tall. And will require a signature. If you are not home to sign for it the post office will hold it for you for up to 7 days. I will waive the signature requirement on request but at your own risk. I have for sale a stunning and rare Perthshire 1990G Annual limited edition pedestal paperweight/ piedouche. This was to be a run of 200 weights of which only 163 were actually made. This one is numbered #52. He also has his own glass studio and has created beautiful paperweights since Perthshire’s closing. This weight has a large crown of close packed beautiful multicolor complex canes with a “PP1990″ cane in the center and a “PMcD” cane on the edge. This particular signature cane with his initials outlined in orange, he told me, is his favored cane over the white cane with his initials outlined in red and black. Only a few were made with this cane and the rest were made with the white, red and black cane. The crown stands on a pedestal with white latticino twists and a faceted (10 sided) base which has it’s original label and is scratched with the edition number “#52″. It is featured in “The Complete Guide to Perthshire Paperweights” by Colin & Debby Mahoney and. Gary & Marge McClanahan p. There are two extremely light, short scratches on the bottom of the base just above the etched number #52 that you can see in the photo. Other than that it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, etc. And measures 3 7/8 diameter x 4. This means if you are not home to sign for it the post office will hold it for you for up to seven days. Antique Sandwich Cobalt Blue Plums Art Glass Paperweight, with Green Leaves and Stem on a Clear Ground. (Circa 1863) It does have some light scratches and some tiny flea bites here and there. I would consider this Lovely Work of Art to be nicely centered and in Good Original Antique Condition. It has 4 ribbed and pointed Forest Green Leaves attached gently to a long Stem. This Art Glass Paperweight is from the late William Gaskills Cherished Collection. Gaskill was a former President of the National Paperweight Collectors Association (PCA) and an avid and very astute Art Glass Paperweight Collector. After His passing, his collection was on loan (for approximately 3 years from 2006 to 2009) to the Museum of American Glass (Wheaton Village) in Millville, NJ, which is now known as Wheaton Village Arts and Cultural Center. Gaskills highly regarded and very extensive Art Glass Paperweight Collection was on display in their most prominent area of the Museum at that time. Just prior to being put on display at the Museum, Lawrence Selman of the Renown L. Selman was commissioned to do an appraisal of the entire collection. Selman is known worldwide for his expertise in the field of Art Glass Paperweights and in 2001, Selman was awarded the honor of being named by the Paperweight Collectors Association, one of the Top Ten People of the 20. Century to influence the paperweight art form. Gaskills collection was considered to be one of the largest gatherings of Antique American Art Glass Paperweights known to be in private hands. In 2009 a family member took possession of the entire collection and it went safely and quietly into storage for approximately 6 years, from 2009 to 2015. In 2016 I was very proud and honored to have had the opportunity to acquire a large portion of Mr. Gaskills Wonderful and Cherished Art Glass Paperweight Collection.
