A red breasted bird is perched on the branch of a white blossoming plant. The piece is signed Orient and Flume, I 190 J , 1977. It is 3 inches wide and approximately 2 1/2 inches high. In a bright light the piece appears to glow. In some environments it has light iridescent hues. I have taken photos both inside and out. It is in great condition without chips or cracks. There are a few discrepancies in the glass. This is typical of hand blown pieces. This paperweight would make a terrific addition to your collection or give it as a special gift to a bird lover.
