Perthshire Art Glass Paperweight from 1996. Red and blue twists with latticino rods on a ruby red background with single blossom flower visible from top facet. Signature cane “P” and year on underside. Approximately 2.5 inches across 2.25 inches tall. Excellent condition without surface blemishes nor chips. Please note that the paperweights I sell are vintage. To the best of my ability, I inspect them and relay what I see here.
