A VERY RARE Antique (New England Glass Company) Cobalt Blue Clematis with Garland Surrounding the entire Clematis and Beautiful Forest Green Ribbed Petals on a Thick Stem Art Glass Paperweight. The Clematis Blossom is composed of one layer of Cobalt Blue Petals. There is a Lovely White Complex Cane nicely placed in the center. There is heavy shelf ware and one flea bite on the bottom.
