This is a very RARE Vintage stamped ST CLAIR Judicial Hammer Paperweight. Overall it is a very nice condition item. It measures just over 11″ by 4.25″ by 2.25. The weight is about 1 lb. Condition Issues (see photos). There are a few marks, both on hammer head and handle. Some of the marks are from the glass making process. The most significant marks are on the hammer head, on the smooth side, where there is a slight amount of depth. One side of the hammer head is ground to a smooth even surface, which I believe is part of the design. Please see images and ask questions to best determine the item type, value, and condition.
