IVE BEEN TOLD THIS IS MORE THAN LIKELY A MILLVILLE PAPERWEIGHT. BUT IM NOT 100% SURE. ITS A BEAUTIFUL PIECE. HAS TYPICAL FLAWS FROM PRODUCTION. AND WHAT IVE READ AS WELL THAT THEY WERE NOT ALWAYS PERFECTLY STRAIGHT. AS YOU CAN SEE IT LOOKS VERY GOOD. ITS LESS THAN 4 TALL. IT LOOKS TO BE ALL ONE SOLID PIECE. AS I SAID HAS THE FLAWS ASSOCIATED WITH OLD PAPERWEIGHTS.
