For sale is a limited edition paperweight, designed by William Manson & manufactured by Caithness in 1983. It measures 3″(a little over 7.5cms) in diameter & a little over 1 3/4″(a little over 4.5cms) tall. The design features a partridge perched on a branch of sparkly golden pears with a pink flower alongside, all finished with a border of deep pink coloured millefiori canes. There is a band of 6 facets to the sidessee pic. The base is etched, “Caithness Partridge in a Pear Tree Scotland” & numbered, “220/500″(although only 382 were ever produced) see pics. The weight is in great condition , with nothing more than some light surface scratches/standing wear to the base. If you have any questions or require further photos, please don’t hesitate to ask.
