This gorgeous vintage paperweight was produced by Lumpkin Stained Glass Studio in Huntsville, Alabama. Lumpkin Stained Glass was one of the earliest artisan shops in Huntsville, Alabama–established in the 1970s and locally renowned. Paperweight is cobalt blue with a double metallic ribbon design and green touches that make it resemble planet Earth. May be considered dichroic glass. Inscribed on bottom “Lumpkin 2001″. Similar to dichroic Caithness pieces. Glass is very clear. Measures almost 3″ wide x about 2-1/2″ high. Note: Various background reflections appear in photos. From smoke free home.
