No unwanted surprises here. From the iconic gallery Light Opera! When it comes to a Doug Sweet (Karuna Glass) marble. This whimsical design is the only one that. Instantly comes to our minds. Do not expect Doug’s classic marbles to be flawless on the surface, however. Flawless is such a relative term when it comes to his classic marble creations since the punty section (where his signature is located) is NEVER perfectly smooth. It is, of course, as fresh as new, especially since it has never been used in a marble game. We never use our masterpieces. They are highly pampered, you have no idea. The bubbles that you see are inside the marble, not on the surface. They are NOT craters. Think of this marble as ocean themed, to make yourself feel better. Your marble collection is incomplete. It is approximately 53 mm, and p. Actually, the cost may even be higher if the size of the box is huge and if you open the package… Since this example is strictly about refusing a package being handed to you by the UPS carrier. OUTSTANDING and RARE ANTIQUE Millville ” HOME SWEET HOME ” Art Glass Paperweight PLAQUE on resting on a thin layer of pastel colored splatter glass. (Circa 1880 – 1910). I only see two minor flaws with this lovely paperweight and that is it does have floating debris over the log cabin in the center, see 2nd and 3rd picture and the plaque does show a few hair line cracks but these flaws occurred when this piece was made back in the late 1800′s. It also has a double layer of pastel splatter glass. It has a slightly concave clear bottom that shows. Shelf ware to the basal rim. It is very rare to have a plaque weight were the letters are not painted on. This one has the “HOME SWEET HOME” Quote in raised letters from the plate used to create this work of art. I consider this Rare Paperweight to be in Very Good Original Antique Condition. This is a Magnum Size Paperweight that Measures 3 5/8″ Diameter by 2 3/4″ Tall and weights just over 2 pounds all by itself. Please check pictures for further description.
