Macedoine weights have the appeal of canes stirred randomly in a pleasing pattern of color and light enclosed in the typically brilliant glass that is distinctively Baccarat. These colors are unusually beautiful, jewel tones of royal blue, crisp mint green, deep pink, rose, violet and white plus others interspersed as well. The multiple canes are well packed and pleasing in their positioning. The Baccarat identity design logo can be seen etched in the base of the weight. This is a lovely paper weight and its magnification and clarity are excellent. The colors are much brighter in natural light than my photos show.
