HUGE immensely heavy vintage Murano uranium sommerso glass apple sculpture paperweight with real gold foil flakes within leaf. In stunning red glass. Encased in a halo of bright yellow submerged sommerso style in clear gently reactive uranium glass with lovely gold foil detail picked out within the leaf. Super colours makes fantastic display and reacts green under UV light. Dimensions: 12 cm diameter approx by 13 cm tall and extremely heavy 1.9KG. In great condition with no chips or bruises just some surface marks around lower section and movement marks to base all consistent with age and great weight.
